poorly managed fantastic property - disappointment
the property is very very nice, located in a very convenient part of the city. each room is done in a different unique style. amazing set ups! easy accessible, everything in the room available.
before arrival I asked for a smaller room. no one responded to me in any way. the property was extremely cold. some parts of the kitchen were damaged. electricity cables out. fridge broken. bathtub blocked. not a single additional pled.

My experiance in this case was very uncomfortable so next time I'll look for other place. Sorry
Sorry, but changing of place two days prior to coming it's not a good decision. And the suggested alternative was a long distance from chosen place. It made my stay very uncomfortable. No doubt, I didn't answer to informative letter two days prior to my coming and the solution to change the place was made at the last minute. It means additional costs for transport and time to reach this place. I think you must contact your customer by phone if there is no answer by e-mail. It's my opinion.
